What are the shipping charges for orders within Pakistan?
We offer standard shipping across Pakistan. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the parcel, though we frequently offer free shipping on orders above a certain value.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. International orders may take 10 to 15 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused item within 14 days of purchase if it has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong size was delivered. Please ensure all tags are intact and the original invoice is included.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfer, and secure online payments via Credit/Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
